The Presidents Cup is a biennial men’s golf competition between two teams of 12, one team from the United States and another team made up of International players (excluding Europe, as they compete against the US in the alternative Ryder Cup). The Presidents Cup was first held at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Virginia in 1994 and ever since has been dominated by the US; winning 9 of the 11 matches with Internationals triumphant in Melbourne in 1998 and tying the 2003 event in South Africa. The Presidents Cup is a unique competition with no prize money; instead net proceeds go to charities nominated by players and captains with over 32 million USD donated to date. The 2017 Presidents Cup will take place at one of golfs mega courses, the $250m National Liberty Golf Club in New Jersey with scenic New York City back drops and superb facilities on the links style course designed by Tom Kite and Bob Cupp. This tournament will be a fantastic opportunity to combine travel around the East Coast of the US while enjoying this bucket list event. Let a consultant know you’re after an upgrade or extra when booking and more information along with pricing will be provided.
The first two days consist of five matches of fourball and five matches of foursomes. The third day consists of four matches of fourball and four matches of foursomes. The host team captain will decide the order, fourball vs. foursomes, on the first three days. On the fourth and final day, twelve singles matches will be played. 30 matches will be played in all. All matches that are all-square after 18 holes will score ½ point for each team.

The remainder of the USA team will be decided by the 10 players who earn the most official FedExCup points from the 2015 BMW Championship to the 2017 Deutsche Bank Championship, with points in the 2017 calendar year worth double. Stricker will also pick two wild cards.
The remainder of the Internationl team (excluding Europeans) will be decided by the top 10 players in the Official World Golf Ranking at the end of the 2017 Deutsche Bank Championship plus two captain’s picks.

Can I buy Presidents CUp Tickets by themselves?
No, all tickets must be purchased as part of our Packages. Ticket only sales will be available through authorised ticket outlets in due course. If you want a shorter Package, i.e 3-6 nights we can customise Packages on request.
Where do I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be issued with your travel documentation, which includes information to help you redeem the services you’ve booked, plus other useful event information and other applicable items. Travel documentation will be sent approximately 2 weeks before you travel, so you will have the most up to date information before you depart.
How can I upgrade my Season Pass to Hospitality?
Hospitality upgrades to the Captains Club are available on request at anytime, subject to availability and pricing changes.
Do you have an event schedule?
How do I get to the course from my hotel?
We recommend public transport, taxi’s or uber’s, but details transport information will be made available in 2017.
What is the weather like during the event?
During September/October in Jersey City we will expect average highs of 25-28°C degrees and lows of 15-20°C. It’s expected to be quite sunny and windy, so pack with layers and sun protection in mind.

I have a group, can you help?
We are group travel experts and have access to wholesale airfares, group rates, ticket blocks and other services which must be customised on an ad hoc basis for all groups. We welcome customisations to any packages if it helps you get exactly what you want. Requesting a different hotel will change the price we can offer for that Package and all requested hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.

We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for every trip, big or small. Travel Insurance is there to cover you when the unexpected happens and things out of your control risk ruining your trip! We have policies through QBE and CHI available with a 15% rebate when booking with your Package.

How do I pay for my Package?
We accept credit cards (AMEX, VISA and Mastercard), direct bank transfers (EFT), cheque or you can pay online directly with your credit card. Fees may apply for credit cards.
Full payment information will be available with your confirmation letter and invoice.

- Pricing is listed per person in Australian Dollars.
- Pricing and availability is subject to change at the time of booking request.
- The rates listed are a guide only; accurate at the time of publishing and may change at anytime. We recommend requesting an updated quote before proceeding with a booking; including extra services such as flights, extra nights and custom itineraries in your request.
- Changes to bookings incur amendment fees per transaction plus any applicable fees from suppliers for changes.
- Full payment is required to secure flights.
- Extra travel services may be subject to different payment requirements to be confirmed on quoting/booking.
- Full cancellation applies.
- There are no refunds or exchanges for unused services.

Once we receive your booking request we will confirm by email with a confirmation letter confirming your services and an invoice. If quoting for upgrades or extras not listed, we will email a written quote with terms and more information for you to confirm.
50% deposit non-refundable to confirm your 2017 Presidents Cup Package, plus any upgrades and airfares. Balance due by 26 August 2017.
Extra services subject to different payment requirements. Bookings made after 26 August 2017 require full payment to confirm.
Containing flight e-tickets, transfer vouchers, merchandise vouchers, hotel vouchers and other applicable items will be sent at least 2 weeks before departure. Presidents Cup tickets will be sent by registered post or courier at this time.
Include direct bank transfer or credit card (fees apply for Visa and MasterCard 2% and American Express 3.3%).
