We understand booking travel in a post-pandemic world can bring about uncertainty and stress. To combat this, in mid-2020 we introduced our COVID-19 guarantees. These guarantees are in place to ensure Events Travel customers can book and travel with confidence, while ensuring suppliers issue refunds for extenuating circumstances relating to COVID-19 and variants, ultimately protecting our customers financially, as best we can.

Re-book
Change to the new dates (or following edition) with no penalty and still enjoy your original priority seating allocations
Cancel and credit
Keep your money paid as credit with no penalty, to be used towards a future booking with Events Travel
Cancel and refund
Cancel and receive a full refund on your listed packages, less a nominal flat rate administration fee
Friendly payments
We’ve relaxed our payment structure. Book most events with a low deposit, extra stage payments and flexible dates
