Be there in December 2019, when the Presidents Cup returns to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club. Fans can expect unmatched access as South Africa’s Ernie Els will captain the International Team against Tiger Woods and the United States Team, whether it’s a high-five, an autograph or just seeing 24 of the world’s best compete.

Exclusive Spectator Gala Dinner

This exclusive event is held at Crown Palladium and is a gala dinner to celebrate the Presidents Cup with former golfing greats, guest appearances and Presidents Cup discussions throughout the night. You will enjoy a three-course dinner, beverages (beer, wine and soft drinks) and entertainment.

Return transport from the transport hubs to Crown will be provided. Proposed event timings are 7.30pm-10.00pm. Dress is smart casual. Dates are either Thursday 12 December or Saturday 14 December depending on your package selection

Course Transport Information

Within all packages return transport is included from central points in Melbourne to The Royal Melbourne Golf Club. Ticket package holders must select their preferred hub prior to June 2019.

Central transport hubs are a short walk from preferred hotels. If booking a hotel inclusive package, the closest hub will be pre-selected for you.

If opting for a play golf package, transfers will pick-up from your hotel, take you to the course and after golf drop you straight to the Presidents Cup. After watching the Presidents Cup, you will join the regular course transport back to Melbourne.

What Presidents Cup ticket types are available?

Within Ticket Packages or Travel Packages the following options are available:

General Admission:

Course access.

Grandstand Tickets:

A specially reserved Grandstand seat on the 16th Fairway. Limited availability.

Captains Club:

Located on-course for the first time at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club, experience the 2019 Presidents Cup in the comfort of the exclusive Captains Club. With a clubhouse feel in a sports bar environment, this air-conditioned venue offers an upgraded atmosphere with a pub-style menu available for purchase and premium cash bar. Limited availability.

International Club:

Located on course in the heart of the Presidents Cup action, The International Club is an all-inclusive, casual, venue overlooking the 10th fairway. Guests of the International Club will enjoy cocktail canapés and complimentary beer and wine throughout the day. Limited availability.

Trophy Club:

The Trophy Club offers an elevated premium location, complete with sweeping views and impressive sight lines. Guests will be welcomed with a continental breakfast on each early morning tee time, a gourmet lunch, and roaming afternoon canapés. Beverages are included, with access to a premium bar, and complimentary espresso coffee throughout the day. Limited availability.

Where do I pick up my tickets?

Tickets will be sent to you at least two weeks before the event with your travel documentation. If you require these earlier or are not at your postal address at that time, we can arrange alternative delivery.

When do I receive my travel documents?

Travel documents (including event tickets, flight tickets, hotel vouchers and other applicable items) are sent at least two weeks prior to the event by email, courier or registered post. In special circumstances, documents and tickets may be made available via an official ticket collection centre or via a hotel drop-off. Finalised information will be provided to you closer to the event.

Can you book flights for me?

Yes, we are an IATA Agent and ticket flights directly in-house with access to the best available fares on all carriers. Ask us to add flights to your package.

Yes. We have contracted fantastic hotel rates for the event and adjacent dates before or after. Ask us for a quote to add extra nights to any package. We can provide accommodation elsewhere during your trip too.

Please note: Extra nights are subject to availability and are best booked as early as you can. Note that if you book at the same hotel via other means (e.g. a hotel booking site or direct) then you may not receive the same room for the duration of your stay. Ask us for a quote for extra nights when making your booking. Our extra night rates are very competitive.

Do I need Travel Insurance?

Yes. We recommend travel insurance for every trip big or small. We offer competitive policies and include a valuable 15% discount with CHI for our customers. We can also help choose the right policy for you while booking.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change at any time until payment is received
  • All payments are non-refundable
  • We highly recommend travel insurance and can provide a 15% discount off retail prices with CHI. We can also assist choosing the right policy for you
  • Events Travel are AFTA, ATAS, ASTA, IAGTO and IATA accredited
  • Events Travel is a licensed travel operator for the 2019 Presidents Cup PC19AUNZ-1060. Only LTO’s can legally provide travel packages to the event. Travelling with a non-licensed company puts your travel experience at risk and your events tickets may be voided.
