The Ryder Cup has become one of golf’s most entertaining events and is held every two years alternating between USA and Europe. The competition takes place over three days with 28 matches played in total. Friday and Saturday consists of Fourball and Foursome matches, while Sunday is reserved for singles matches. The very best players from Europe and the United States are selected to play for their teams with plenty of drama, tension, incredible golf, and camaraderie on offer.

The next Ryder Cup will be played on the famous Straits Course at the luxurious Whistling Straits in Haven, Wisconsin USA. The Straits course is modelled on ancient Irish seaside links courses and is set along a 3km stretch of stunning Lake Michigan. Vast rolling greens, deep bunkers, big elevation changes and exposed open fairways make this course very challenging. It’s a captivating event like no other and one we can highly recommend.

Over a number of years, as an Official Partner of Ryder Cup, we’ve been helping fans experience the event in style. Le Golf National in Paris was an incredible event and we are very much looking forward to Whistling Straits in Wisconsin, where Ryder Cup has never before been held. We’re currently working on our Ryder Cup Packages for 2021, which will include official Ryder Cup tickets, hospitality, accommodation, play golf experiences and other travel services.

To be the first to hear when Ryder Cup 2021 Packages are released, we recommend joining the waitlist. By doing this, you’ll receive an email alert when packages go on sale, access to early-bird offers and a priority access window, so you can book your trip before anyone else.

The Straits Course at Whistling Straits

Whistling Straits is arguably one of the finest golf courses in the United States. Having hosted the 2004, 2010 and 2015 PGA Championships and the 2007 US Senior Open, Whistling Straits has the pedigree, experience and stunning setting to ensure the 2020 Ryder Cup is one of the biggest yet. The club, located on the shores of Lake Michigan, is home to two courses both designed by Pete Dye and both rank among the countries very best. Dear Customers,

In these extraordinary times, we hope you are staying safe and well.

We are optimistic about travel opening up domestically in the next few months within Australia and travel to New Zealand permitted in September. After this, we expect travel to open within the Asia-Pacific region and globally by early 2021.

As such, our full range of packages, tours and services are now on sale for events taking place after 8 October 2020. In addition, events taking place in 2021 and 2022 are now on sale (such as The 150th Open Championship).

All events are pending Government travel restrictions, as well as general health and safety notices published by DFAT Smartraveller.
