Overview

Watch The Open live from Royal St George’s, Kent, England

This July, The Open will return to Royal St George’s for the first time since 2011, when an emotional Darren Clarke fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming Champion Golfer of the Year; holding his own in challenging conditions against Dustin Johnson and Phil Mickelson.

Royal St George’s was the first Open venue in England and has an illustrious list of champions including Bobby Locke, Sandy Lyle and Greg Norman. Located south east of London in Kent, Royal St George’s is a stunning links course with thatched Starter Huts and views of The English Channel. Fans will enjoy the signature 6th hole with towering bunkers overlooking the green.

If you’ve dreamt of watching The Open live, then 2020 is the year make it a reality. As an Authorised Provider, we have a full range of Official Packages including Official Tickets, Official Hospitality and quality travel services to get you there with accommodation options in London and Kent. Whether you’re already in the UK or planning a dedicated trip, it’s time to start your Open experience now with Events Travel, a proud Authorised Provider.

Please explore our product brochure to see the available options or get in touch with a Travel Expert to start your journey.

We look forward to welcoming you to Royal St George’s in July 2020 for the 149th edition of The Open Championship.
