Single rooms include one bed for one person, double rooms feature one bed for two, and twin rooms offer two separate beds for two people. Triple, quad, and other occupancy types come with various bedding configurations depending on the property and room category.
Grandstand ticket and hospitality upgrades
This tour includes 3-Day Empress Grandstand tickets for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a reserved seat and Zone 4 access.

Payment requirements
- A deposit of 50% is due to confirm your booking, plus any ticket upgrades and extras*.
- The balance of 50% is due by 4 July 2025**.
*If your booking includes extra services, alternative payment terms may apply. Specific details will be outlined during the quoting process. For example, independent flights typically require immediate full payment to confirm, while car rentals generally require payment upon vehicle pickup.

What you'll do
Day 1 — Tue, 30 Sep 2025 (Melbourne to Singapore)
Depart Melbourne this morning on your international flight, bound for Singapore. Arrive in the afternoon at the world’s best airport: Changi Airport.
Upon arrival, meet your MCC Tour Host and Events Travel Tour Director for a group transfer to your hotel for the next six nights:

This evening is yours to enjoy at leisure. Dine at one of the hotel’s three restaurants, enjoy a drink at the bar, or stroll along the Singapore River to Clarke Quay or downtown. Clarke Quay is a vibrant riverside precinct known for its eclectic mix of dining, nightlife, and restored warehouses on the banks of the Singapore River.
Day 2 — Wed, 1 Oct 2025 (Gardens by the Bay)
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the Food Capital Restaurant, overlooking the Singapore River and offering a mix of international favourites and local specialties.
After breakfast, transfer to Gardens by the Bay, with access to the Cloud Forest, Flower Dome, and the newly opened Jurassic World Experience. Ranked among TripAdvisor’s top 10 global attractions, this is a must-visit during any trip to Singapore.
Lunch is at your leisure at Jurassic Nest Food Hall, home to several Michelin-rated food stalls.
This afternoon is free to relax or explore. Lounge by the hotel’s outdoor pool, wander Clarke Quay, or use your Tourist Pass to venture downtown—perhaps for a Singapore Sling the Long Bar at Raffles Hotel, a visit to the National Gallery, or a walk through the Chinatown Heritage Centre.
Return to the hotel by late afternoon for a transfer to the prestigious Singapore Cricket Club^ (SCC) for our exclusive Welcome Dinner. Founded in 1852, SCC overlooks the Padang and is a private members-only institution—making this evening a truly special experience. Dinner is included with drinks pay-as-you-go.
Day 3 — Thu, 2 Oct 2025 (Sentosa Island)
After breakfast at the hotel, join a guided tour of Sentosa Island. Once a fishing village, British military base, and WWII POW camp, Sentosa is now a resort and leisure haven. You’ll explore scenic viewpoints, Fort Siloso, beaches, and hidden stories from Singapore’s maritime past.
Lunch is at your leisure.
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon back at the hotel or explore further:

This afternoon marks the beginning of the Singapore Grand Prix™—the original night race. Head to Empress Grandstand (Zone 4), located near the Singapore Cricket Club.
Transport tips:
- Shuttle buses will operate from Grand Copthorne to Cavenagh Bridge/Gate 4 (subject to change)
- Alternatively, take the MRT from Havelock Station to Raffles Place or City Hall for other gate options (3A, 3B)
Friday schedule:
- Gates open: ~1:45 PM
- F1® Practice 1: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- F1® Practice 2: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Concert: G-Dragon on the Padang Stage (Zone 4 access)
Day 5 — Sat, 4 Oct 2025 (F1® Qualifying)
Enjoy breakfast and a leisurely day.
For the active explorer, consider visiting MacRitchie Reservoir, a lush natural escape with forest trails, boardwalks, and rare native flora.
Return to the track this afternoon:
- F1® Practice 3: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- F1® Qualifying: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Day 6 — Sun, 5 Oct 2025 (Singapore Grand Prix™ 2025)
Today is race day, and the energy is electric.
Spend the morning at leisure, enjoy lunch at a hawker centre, or grab last-minute souvenirs.
Return to the circuit in the evening:
- Driver Parade: ~6:00 PM
- Race Start: 8:00 PM (62 laps or finish by 10:00 PM)
- Concert: Elton John headlines the Padang Stage
The Padang Stage is just steps from your Empress Grandstand seats, making for an unforgettable night of racing and live music.
Day 7 — Mon, 6 Oct 2025 (Singapore to Melbourne)
After a late night, enjoy a relaxed breakfast at Food Capital Restaurant.
Late hotel check-out has been arranged. A group transfer will operate this the afternoon to Changi Airport.

Yes! Your tour includes official race tickets directly through Events Travel as an Official Reseller for Singapore Grand Prix™ since 2014. Your tour includes 3-Day Empress Grandstand, however we do have other grandstands and hospitality options on request.
My partner is not an MCC Member, can they come?
Yes! MCC Members and non-member partners are welcome on the tour.
Is there a dress code at Singapore Cricket Club?
Yes, a smart dress code applies at the Singapore Cricket Club:
- Men: Collared shirt with sleeves (including polo shirts) and covered shoes.
- Women: Dress, skirt, or trousers with a suitable top or blouse, and appropriate footwear.
- Not permitted: Sporting attire, shorts (for all), or open-toe footwear (for men).

Can I book my own flights?

Yes. Race tickets can be removed at the time of booking only, and a price reduction will apply. Other activities and attractions can be arranged on race days on request.
