Can I buy tickets by themselves?
As an official partner, we are only licensed to sell Island Passes and grandstand tickets as part of a travel package, including accommodation and travel services, with no individual sales permitted. However, we can sell hospitality tickets individually, without accommodation.
Are you official and what does that mean?
Yes, we are a proud official partner. This means we are authorised to sell travel packages to the event, use the event IP and have access to 100% guaranteed official tickets.
Can you explain the transfers from Melbourne?
If you select accommodation in Melbourne, daily track transfers are included for each day you hold a ticket for (2-days vs. 3-days). This service is run by Australian MotoGP™ with official coaches departing from Southern Cross Station to Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. More information to come with your Travel Documents.
On Friday and Saturday, coaches depart Southern Cross Station between 6:30am-9:30am
On Sunday, coaches depart Southern Cross Station between 6:00am-9:00am
Which grandstands are covered?
Doohan, Gardner Premium and Stoner Grandstands are the only covered grandstands.
Do you offer children pricing?
Children 14 years and under can enter the circuit free of charge if accompanied by an adult with an Island Pass (General Admission). However, children cannot enter a grandstand or a hospitality venue without the specific ticket.

Do you have helicopter transfers available?
Yes, we can book helicopter transfers to Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit from Moorabbin Airport or Melbourne City Helipad (opposite Crown Casino). Speak to us about pricing.
Can I change my booking once confirmed?
Once you confirm your booking, fundamental changes may not be possible, although this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Changes to ticketing, such as substituting or removing tickets, may not be possible, but items like extra nights, flights and other services can be added to an existing booking at any time, as well as adding additional customers to your booking.
What are your COVID-19 Guarantees?
Our COVID-19 Guarantees cover you if the event is cancelled, postponed or held without spectators. If either circumstance arises, you’ll get a full refund (less a fixed nominal admin fee) or you can postpone your trip, or hold monies paid in credit to put towards a future booking with Events Travel.
