October in Melbourne ushers in the spring season, with average high temperatures of around 19ºC and lows of approximately 9ºC. This time of year is characterised by a mix of rain and sunshine, with the weather gradually warming as the month progresses. At Phillip Island it can be beautiful, but it can also be windy and rainy, adding to the challenge for riders. Dress for all seasons.
The 2024 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix is confirmed to start Friday, 18 October 2024 and finish Sunday, 20 October 2024.
Australian MotoGP 2024 will be held at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, around 90 minutes drive south of Melbourne. The race has been held here since 1997.
There are two ways to buy official Australian MotoGP 2024 tickets:
Australian MotoGP 2024 tickets will go on sale to the General Public in mid 2024 with low availability for the best tickets. Our official Australian MotoGP 2024 packages will go on sale around the same time in 2024 and will include access to the best ticket categories as well as hospitality upgrades and are the best way to secure access to the 2024 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix.
