Netball World Cup 2019 Liverpool
The International Netball Federation has announced that Liverpool (home of the Beatles), England, will be the host of the 2019 Netball World Cup. NWC2019 will be the first World Cup to be held on English shores since Birmingham in 1995 (which we are proud to have provided travel for) and is a huge step for progressing the game in such an influential country. For English Captain Jade Clarke, the thought that England fans will have a chance to see a World Cup on home soil again, is hugely exciting. “Having the World Cup is a massive boost to get interest in netball (in England), and a great opportunity for fans to see Australia and New Zealand, the African-style and the Caribbean-style of play…all the best players in the world, so we’re really excited.”
NWC2019 will undoubtedly be an incredible event and if 2015 is anything to go by, incredibly successful and hugely popular. While we’re still only focusing on providing travel for NWC2015 (7 – 16 August), we’re giving fans a chance to register their interest with us. We will be announcing updates via email and when the time comes, be announcing Travel Packages for fans to see NWC2019 in the amazing city of Liverpool. It will be a chance for fans to combine their love of netball with their love of travel. NWC2019 will enable fans to explore the history and beauty of the United Kingdom and Europe with special Tours and Packages before and after the all important World Cup. Register your interest to keep yourself updated.
