This package includes reserved seats in Upper Baseline on Rod Laver Arena, the tournament’s iconic Centre Court. Rod Laver Arena features a retractable roof and air-conditioning. Optional ticket upgrades are available while stocks last.
All packages start with Upper Baseline seats, located in the front section of the Upper Bowl behind the baseline. As the best seats in the Upper Bowl, they offer an excellent elevated view with a clear perspective of the court and arena. The angle mirrors what you see on television, looking down the court, making it easy to follow every rally. Upper Baseline seats also provide the most reliable shade during Day Sessions when the roof is open.
Prefer to sit closer or try a different view? Upgrade options include (subject to availability):
Lower Bowl — Baseline
Lower Bowl — Sideline
Alternative seating options are also available to suit your preferences or budget:
Our team can recommend the best option based on your sessions, budget and shade preferences. We have personally tested all seat categories and can guide you to the most comfortable choice.
Day Session tickets on Rod Laver Arena provide full day access to Melbourne Park, including before and after the session. Night session tickets allow entry from approximately 5:00 PM. To arrive earlier and enjoy Melbourne Park during the day, you will need a Grounds Pass in addition to your night session ticket. Our team will ensure you do not purchase duplicate access.
Seat comfort during day sessions depends significantly on sun exposure and whether the roof is closed. The roof is typically closed during extreme heat or rain, but remains open for most sessions.
When the roof is open, baseline seats offer the most reliable shade throughout the day. Sideline seats, particularly on the eastern side, receive direct sun and can become hot during day sessions.
During night sessions, most seats are comfortable, though eastern sideline seats may receive some sun early in the session.
See the seat map below for detailed sun exposure guidance, or ask our team for personalised recommendations based on your session and seating preference.
