Arrive in Hong Kong and transfer to the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers with your included Airport Express Train tickets (private transfers available on request). Your Tour Host will welcome you and provide your Events Travel Welcome Pack and Tourist Octopus Card, ready to use on public transport throughout your stay.
The evening is free to explore at your own pace — take a stroll along the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, enjoy the harbour light show or discover local dining nearby.
Enjoy breakfast before a guided half-day tour of Hong Kong Island (9:00 AM – 2:30 PM). Highlights include the incense-filled Man Mo Temple, heritage precinct Tai Kwun, panoramic views from Victoria Peak, and the seaside charm of Stanley Market.
Free time is included for an independent lunch, with the afternoon and evening at leisure.
Enjoy a half-day guided tour of Kowloon (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM), visiting Wong Tai Sin Temple, Nan Lian Garden, the Bird Garden and the Jade Market. Afternoon free at leisure, with time to collect your exclusive 50th Anniversary Souvenir Jersey.
In the evening, join fellow travellers for the Events Travel Kick-Off Function (venue TBA), including drinks and canapés.
Head to Kai Tak Sports Park for the opening day of the Sevens. Gates open ~7:30 AM, with matches from 10:30 AM. Enjoy unreserved seating, fan zones, live music and the South Stand carnival atmosphere until ~9:00 PM. Evening free or celebrate in Lan Kwai Fong.
Saturday is the main party day of the Sevens. From ~9:30 AM–8:30 PM, enjoy non-stop rugby, live music and the carnival atmosphere. The South Stand is the epicentre, filled with costumes, singalongs and fans from around the world. It’s Sevens at full throttle.
Finals Day! From ~10:00 AM the knockout stages begin, building to the Women’s & Men’s Cup Finals around 7:50 PM. Trophy presentations and closing entertainment run until ~9:00 PM — the ultimate climax of the Sevens weekend.
Recover after the Sevens with a relaxing day by the Sheraton’s outdoor pool, or head out to explore more of Hong Kong. Options include visiting the Big Buddha on Lantau Island, taking a day trip to Macau, hiking the Dragon’s Back trail, exploring the Hong Kong Museum of History, enjoying city views from Sky100, or crossing the harbour on the iconic Star Ferry.
Enjoy your final morning at leisure before hotel check-out by midday. Travel to Hong Kong International Airport with your included Airport Express Train tickets, or continue on a Macau extension with ferry connections back to the airport.
