Single rooms include one bed for one person, double rooms feature one bed for two, and twin rooms offer two separate beds for two people. Triple, quad, and other occupancy types come with various bedding configurations depending on the property and room category.

This package includes reserved seats in Upper Baseline on Rod Laver Arena. Optional ticket upgrades are available, while stocks last.

Why Upper Baseline?

Upper Baseline seats are located in the front rows of the Upper Bowl, directly behind the baseline. As the best seats in the Upper Bowl, they offer an excellent elevated view with a clear perspective of the court. The angle closely mirrors what you see on TV, making following rallies and the ball much easier than on the sideline.

Prefer to sit closer or try a different view? We offer a variety of upgrade options (subject to availability on booking, see prices below):

• Lower Bowl: Baseline or sideline seating for a more immersive, close-up experience.
• Super Row: Row A seats in any Lower Bowl section, usually on the sideline. These are very limited.

Do I need an extra Grounds Pass?

It depends. If you have a Day Session ticket on Rod Laver Arena or Margaret Court Arena, you’ll have full-day access to Melbourne Park, including before and after the Day Session. If you have a Night Session ticket, entry is from around 5:00 PM. To arrive earlier and enjoy Melbourne Park during the day, you’ll need a Grounds Pass. Our team will ensure you don’t double up—just ask us when booking.

Will my seats be in the shade?

• During Day Sessions, sun can be an important factor on hot summer days. Even during Night Sessions, fans on the eastern sidelines can be exposed to sun.
• During the day, avoid sideline seats. During night, eastern sideline seats may have some sun exposure until the stadium blocks the setting sun.

Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) has no direct train link to the city, so your transport options are by car or bus:

• SkyBus is a popular choice, offering an express service to Southern Cross Station. However, from there, you’ll need to take a train, tram (within the free tram zone), or a taxi to reach your hotel.
• Taxis and rideshare services are readily available, but the taxi rank can be busy during peak times, and rideshare pick-ups aren’t always seamless.

Water Transfers to Melbourne Park

A$15 per adult one way / A$25 per adult return (multi-day passes available)

The Yarra River winds through the heart of Melbourne, passing Docklands, the CBD, Southbank, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and Melbourne Park. Along the river, Melbourne Water Taxis offer a range of services, including sightseeing cruises, GoBoat hire, and water transfers.

For those heading to the Australian Open, a water transfer from Southbank to Melbourne Park is a fun and scenic way to arrive. The journey takes just 10–15 minutes, offering stunning city views as you float along. Once you arrive, it’s only a short walk to the southern entrance of Melbourne Park.

Pricing starts from A$15 per adult, with child fares and multi-day passes available.

A deposit of 25% is due to confirm your booking, plus any ticket upgrades and extras*.

The balance of 75% is due by 20 September 2025**.

A deposit of 50% is due to confirm your booking, plus any ticket upgrades and extras*.

The balance of 50% is due by 20 September 2025^.

*If your booking includes extra services, alternative payment terms may apply. Specific details will be outlined during the quoting process. For example, independent flights typically require immediate full payment to confirm, while car rentals generally require payment upon vehicle pickup.
^ Bookings made after the balance due date require full payment upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How to make payment

Your invoice will include instructions for payment via direct bank transfer (EFT) or secure online credit/debit card payment. Each invoice contains a “Pay Now” link directing you to a secure payment portal for quick and easy card payments.

How to pay in other currencies and fees

Invoices can be issued and paid in AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, or NZD. If you would like to pay in a different currency to the default currency for this event, please contact our team to request an updated invoice. The total will be converted at the best available mid-market exchange rate, with updated payment instructions provided.
