The Masters Tournament is played every year at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. Augusta is around 2 hours and 30 minutes drive from Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
There are two ways to buy Masters tickets (also known as Masters badges). The first way is to enter the official ballot at www.masters.com — however, due to high demand and limited tickets, it’s hard to win a ballot to buy tickets, and even harder to win the ballot to attend multiple days, which you would likely want if you are travelling across the world to Augusta and have to buy multiple days of accommodation to stay nearby.
The second way is to buy a travel package or tour, including Masters tickets. The Masters Tournament has no official travel program and no official travel agents. All packages and tours are ‘unofficial’ and include tickets which have been purchased on the secondary market or purchased from patrons who have been successful in the ballot and decide not to go, or decide to resell their ticket at a premium, which makes The Masters an expensive event to attend.
Warning: There are dozens of websites that promote Masters packages and tours, with varying degrees of authenticity and professionalism and it can be hard to discern, so please be careful.
