If booking your own flights and adding transfers to/from Sydney Airport, we recommend scheduling your flights as follows:

Mon 14 Oct — depart after 14:00 (domestic) or 15:30 (international)
Alternatively we can arrange a Sydney stay package for a few nights pre/post to give you a few days of sightseeing and to allow for easy arrival/departure. This is particularly useful if you are flying from Perth or New Zealand.
The transfer will stop at Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains for around 15-20 minutes, which is a gorgeous scenic viewpoint and rest stop on the way to Bathurst.
All packages come with a 3-Day General Admission ticket and 3-Day Paddock Passes. From here you can upgrade to a reserved 3-Day Grandstand or to a hospitality suite for 2 or 3 days.

Your balance of 75% is due by 10 July 2024 (bookings made after this date will require full payment to confirm, unless otherwise agreed in writing).
