Climate

The climate in Las Vegas in late February/early March is generally quite mild and pleasant. Average high temperatures hover around 65°F (18°C), with comfortable daytime conditions for being outdoors. Nighttime lows dip down to around 43°F (6°C). This desert city sees very little rainfall during this time, with only about 0.5 inches (13 mm) on average. Abundant sunshine, with 8-9 hours per day, and low humidity levels around 20-30% make for an ideal climate to explore the many attractions and activities that Las Vegas has to offer.

• A deposit of 25% is due to confirm your booking, plus any ticket upgrades and extras*.
• The balance of 75% is due by 30 November 2025^.

*If your booking includes extra services, alternative payment terms may apply. Specific details will be outlined during the quoting process. For example, independent flights typically require immediate full payment to confirm, while car rentals generally require payment upon vehicle pickup.
^ Bookings made after the balance due date require full payment upfront, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

How to make payment

Your invoice will include instructions for payment via direct bank transfer (EFT) or secure online credit/debit card payment. Each invoice contains a “Pay Now” link directing you to a secure payment portal for quick and easy card payments.

How to pay in other currencies and fees

Invoices can be issued and paid in AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, or NZD. If you would like to pay in a different currency to the default currency for this event, please contact our team to request an updated invoice. The total will be converted at the best available mid-market exchange rate, with updated payment instructions provided.
